Welcome to Enhance Aesthetic HQ. Our goal is to provide professional, high-quality aesthetic care while ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
By booking a consultation or treatment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
Our consultation services are exclusively for first-time clients seeking expert guidance on suitable treatments.
Returning clients can consult with us as part of their ongoing treatment plans.
Consultation Types & Fees
We offer two consultation options, both tailored to assess your skin and aesthetic concerns:
Virtual Consultation – Conducted remotely via video conferencing. Fee: N15,000.
Physical Consultation – Conducted in person at our clinic. Fee: N25,000.
Same-Day Treatment and Free Consultation
Clients who choose to proceed with a same-day treatment and pay a 70% deposit of the treatment cost will receive a complimentary consultation.
Late Arrival Policy
To respect everyone’s time, we require prompt arrival for all appointments.
If a client expects to be late, they must notify us at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment via phone call or text message.
Late Arrival Fee
Clients who fail to notify us of their late arrival will be charged a 50% deduction from their paid amount.
Rescheduling Policy
If a client needs to reschedule, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Failure to do so will result in a 70% deduction from the paid amount.
Numbing Cream Policy
For treatments requiring numbing cream, clients must arrive at least 1 hour prior to their scheduled appointment.
This ensures adequate preparation and maximum comfort during the procedure.
Makeup Policy
Clients must arrive without makeup to allow for optimal treatment results. • If a client arrives with makeup, they may be charged an additional fee for makeup removal before the procedure can begin.
Appointment Cancellation & Shows.
Clients who cancel an appointment without prior notice or fail to show up will forfeit their full payment.
A new appointment will require a fresh booking and payment.
