How do I book an appointment?+
Booking is simple. Use the website form to share your name, email, preferred service, and date. This helps us prepare for your visit and confirm your slot faster.
Why is there a consultation or commitment fee?+
The fee confirms serious intent and reserves dedicated time with our specialists. It is not lost. For physical consultations, it is deducted from your treatment total when you proceed same day. For returning clients, the ₦25,000 commitment fee is deducted from the total service cost on the day.
How much is the fee and is it refundable?+
New clients pay ₦15,000 for a virtual consultation or ₦25,000 for a physical consultation. Returning clients pay a ₦25,000 commitment fee. The physical consultation fee and commitment fee are deducted from your service total on the day. All fees are non-refundable. If you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, the fee carries over to a new date. Cancellations within 24 hours or permanent cancellations forfeit the fee entirely.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?+
You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment and your fee will be carried over to your new date. There are no cash refunds. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment forfeit the fee entirely. A permanent cancellation at any point results in full forfeiture of the fee with no exceptions.

What happens on appointment day?+
Arrive at your scheduled time and enjoy your treatment. Your consultation or commitment fee is deducted from the service total and you pay the remaining balance on the day. For example, a ₦100,000 treatment becomes ₦75,000 after your ₦25,000 fee is applied.
