How do I book an appointment?+
Booking is simple. Use the website form to share your name, email, preferred service, and date. This helps us prepare for your visit and confirm your slot faster.
Why is there a consultation or commitment fee?+
The fee ensures serious intent and reserves your time with our specialists. For new clients, the consultation fee covers the cost of the consultation session itself. For returning clients booking a treatment, the ₦25,000 commitment fee is deducted from the total service cost.
How much is the fee and is it refundable?+
New clients pay ₦15,000 (virtual) or ₦25,000 (physical) for their consultation. This covers the consultation only and is not a credit toward treatment. Returning clients pay a ₦25,000 commitment fee which is deducted from their service total on the day. All fees are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?+
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost. Cancellations after 24 hours are non-refundable.
Can I book through WhatsApp or Instagram?+
We encourage website booking for the best experience and faster confirmation. If you have questions, you can reach us on WhatsApp, and we will guide you to complete your booking online.
What happens on appointment day?+
Arrive at your scheduled time and enjoy your treatment. If you are a returning client, your ₦25,000 commitment fee is deducted from your service total and you pay the remaining balance on the day. New clients attend their consultation as booked.
