1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern all appointments, treatments, and services provided by Enhance Aesthetic HQ ("we", "us", "our"). By booking an appointment, whether online or in person, you ("client", "you") agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Booking & Payment
- New clients are required to book a consultation before any treatment. A consultation fee of ₦15,000 (virtual) or ₦25,000 (physical) is charged to secure the session. Virtual consultations are for clients who cannot attend in person and the fee covers the session itself — it does not apply to any future appointment. For physical consultations, the ₦25,000 fee is deducted from the total treatment cost when the client proceeds with a service on the same day.
- Returning clients pay a ₦25,000 commitment fee at the time of booking. This amount is deducted from the total service cost, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.
- Payments are processed securely via Paystack. We do not store card details.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancel with 24+ hours notice: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Your fee will be refunded in full, or carried over to your rescheduled date — your choice.
Cancel within 24 hours: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your fee is non-refundable and the appointment cannot be rescheduled.
Permanent cancellation: Cancelling an appointment permanently — regardless of how far in advance — results in full forfeiture of the fee paid. No refund will be issued under any circumstances for a permanent cancellation.
No Show: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in immediate forfeiture of the full fee. No refund and no reschedule will be offered.
4. Consultation Requirement
All new clients must complete a consultation before receiving any treatment. This allows our practitioners to understand your skin concerns, medical history, and goals to ensure safe and personalised care.
5. Health & Safety
- You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or contraindications that may affect treatment.
- We reserve the right to decline or postpone a treatment if we believe it is unsafe for you.
- Results from treatments vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
6. Liability
Enhance Aesthetic HQ uses CE-certified equipment and follows industry best practices. However, all aesthetic treatments carry some level of risk. By proceeding with any treatment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of potential risks and consent to the procedure.
We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow pre/post-treatment care instructions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and treatment descriptions, is the property of Enhance Aesthetic HQ. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
8. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
